To submit art prompts, you must fill out the correct criterions. It may look complicated, but this guide will help you to learn all criterions, and how to input them.
Art criterions can be separated in 4 groups: Polish, shading, character size and backgrounds. Neither the style of the drawing - chibi, realistic, stylized - nor the artist's skill level affect grading, only the categories mentioned.
Criterions
Polish
Polish can be divided in 3 categories: Rough sketch, Lined / Polished Sketch and Color, shown respectively above.
- Rough sketch: A drawing that contains messy lines, construction lines and overall rough forms. Gives 2G.
- Lined / Polished Sketch: A drawing featuring clean lineart, or sketches that have been cleaned and polished similarly. Gives 5G
- Color: Similar to the above, but with color. Lineless works also apply. Includes greyscale and monochromatic works. Gives 8G
Shading
Shading is the simple toggle if a piece is shaded or not. Shading must be present in multiple spots to apply. Gives 3G.
Character Size
Character size can be divided in 3 categories: Headshot, Halfbody and Fullbody.
- Headshot: Drawing focused on the head, cutting off before including anything below the neck. Gives 1G.
- Halfbody: Drawing focused on the upper body, cutting off anything below hips. May include tail or not. Gives 3G.
- Fullbody: Includes a majority or all of the character. Gives 5G.
Backgrounds
Backgrounds can be divided between Props and Scenes.
- Props: Contain several elements in the background, whether grounded or held by a character. At least one prop must be included, and it must interact with the character in some way. Gives 5G.
- Scenes: An established setting within a background, and sometimes middle- and foreground that forms a complete scene. Gives 10G.
How to submit
When submitting a prompt, there will be two criterion to input: number criterions and toggle criterions.
Number criterions
The number inputs are simple: When submitting, write down how many of each criterion your piece has - they can be left empty if not applicable to your piece.
For example, the drawing below has one fullbody and one scene drawn, so these options would have a "1" on it. Everything else would be left empty. If your piece has different characters with different sizes, or panels with different levels of background detailing, you can input accordingly.
Toggle criterions
The toggles are also simple: If any of the below applies to your artwork, you can toggle them on.
- Shading: If your piece has shading as mentioned in the Shading section.
- Gift Art / NPC: If your piece includes any character that isn't yours, or includes an official NPC.
- Collaboration: If your piece is a collaboration, make sure you and your partner flip this on!
